clear your browser cache

use an Anonymous or Private Browsing window (Google this if you don't know what it means)

try on your home wifi and on another separate network (home/work/coffee shop/etc.)

check another computer/device to see if the problem exists there too

turn it off, then back on again (just kidding, don't try this)

Did you notice anything when you tried the above diagnostics?
